The most popular Renault models that we convert regularly are the Renault Trafic, which is a Surf Style /Weekend camper conversion, and the Renault Master, which is a motorhome style conversion depending on the length of the wheel base. These are just the two most popular Renault campervan conversions that we undertake, we can convert any vehicle that you bring to us, we love a challenge!
The Renault Master is a very similar van to the The Vauxhall Movano. Although it is not the most common choice of base vehicle for conversion to a camper van, it has some nice features which make it an ideal van to be converted into a longer term camper. It is available in short, medium and long wheelbase variations and there is also an option for an extra high roof which allows a high level bed with almost enough room to stand beneath it. This makes it an option to use for a race van, as you can have a large rear garage with bed above. All this mean you can have a camper that's just the right size for what you want. It is a popular choice for general weekend camping, festivals and shows, outdoor activities, etc.
The Renault Trafic is a van that has a really strong square frame, making the conversion process nice and smooth. It’s not a van that is often converted and that is something that regularly surprises us, because it’s a great drive and they can be bought for a great price.
Almost all Renault vans can be purchased in various shapes and sizes (SWB/LWB + low and high roofs) meaning you can create your ideal sized camper quite easily.
We’re happy to do the full campervan conversion for you, but we do also offer a flat pack service where you can build and install this yourself. All our campervan interior furniture is made from lightweight plywood that we’ve source from local, reliable suppliers. We can also supply a huge range of appliances such as sinks, hobs, fridge etc.
Have you got a Renault that you want to convert into a campervan or would you like to purchase some of our Renault flat pack furniture to begin your own DIY campervan conversion?
